What demographic does DJ Stoo-ey play to? I've never met anyone who thinks he's funny. I've also never met anyone who thinks he's clever, or hip, or anything but uncomfortable to watch.
It seems like ESPN would like to get rid of Stu, but he must have the longest contract ever signed. They've tried pawning him off on every silly game show and bad idea reality show spinoff they've ever tried. Anything to keep him off Sportscenter (Dream Job, Stump the Schwab etc.), but unfortunately it hasn't worked. Every once in awhile I still have to have my sports highlights utterly ruined by a nonsensical word-a-lanche of 15-year old Ebonic gibberish that makes Fat Albert's buddy Mushmouth sound like Cornel West.
Please, Stu, please, please, please, please, please quit.

Is there a more tired act than Scott? Yes, at least 4, Chris Berman, John Madden, Dick Vitale, and STEPHEN A. SMITH.
If someone were to offer to run them all over for 5 dollars, I'd take it. The first three are nothing but stupid catch-phrases, and Mr. Smith is just someone who likes to yell.
I miss David Aldridge on ESPN.

For me its Skip Bayless. Just a bitter old man with 1970s humor.
And he'd make a horrible GM.
i disagree 100% Chris Berman is what got me watching ESPN. Stu kept me glued to it. Now with the edition of Stephen A., these guys give TV that flava and approach everyone wish they could say but are afraid. props to Sir Charles also.
I like Chris Berman, but can see how he might rub some the wrong way.
John Madden? Come on, he provides endless entertainment on the Unintentional Comedy Scale!
Stuart Scott has gotten creepy looking since he detached his retina for the nth time. That's my only beef.
I don't really watch NCAA, so I gots no probs with Dickie V.
Steven A. needs to go. What are his credentials? Did he play ball somewhere? He's just loud and obnoxious who thinks yelling is the key to winning a debate.
If you're still watching ESPN's Sports Center or any other non-live sporting event and you're over the age of 12, you get the people you deserve! Read your local newspaper or the net for sports news and heck get your highlights on the net as well!! Maybe then, the Mouse will take heed and give them all their marching orders!! But don't hold your breath!! Junior High ended for all of you a long time ago fellas!
